The Effect of Instructional Intervention about Competency-Based Nursing Education on academic’s knowledge, planning skills, and their acceptance during COVID Pandemic.

Nursing professionals are at the forefront of pandemic management COVID-19 all over world. Egypt almost suffers from a severe shortage nursing staff. Thus, Egyptian educators obligated to edivorp students with essential competencies for approaching work, mainly in such difficult situations. Therefore, Competency-based education (CBNE) is an inevitable as educational delivery option colleges required by government. The current study aimed determining effect CBNE instructional intervention on academics' knowledge, planning skills, and acceptance follow during COVID Egypt. A quasi-experimental design was operated Faculty Nursing, Alexandria University. subjects comprized 84 academics (nursing faculty departements) who were selected convpeopeine dovided into control exppromental groups. ehp triple-section assessment sheet developed used data collection. Results revealed that there higher improvement experimental group’s scores than group regarding their eierpnop, after conduction intervention. statistically significant difference between groups favor group. In conclusion, awareness, understanding it risk time COVID, among urgent Recommendation: scheme requires comprehensive understanding. Interdisciplinary healthcare contributions should be carried out develop model field. Further studies: Assessment implementation progress colleges, Evaluate program students' achievement, engagement, patients' satisfaction.
